Dedicate a Leaf to Celebrate Someone Special

Our Celebration Tree is made up of 400 rose gold, white gold or yellow gold leaves, and each one is engraved with the name of someone special. As the Hospice is presently undergoing its Capital Build, the Celebration Tree is currently situated at Irvine Portal and Townhouse (66 High St, Irvine KA12 0AZ), and anyone is more than welcome to visit it during The Portal's opening times here, or tune in to our bi-annual Livestreams.

We know how important it is to continue celebrating someone's life and memory in a meaningful way. Dedicating a leaf pays a lasting and stunning tribute to your loved one, all while helping us continue providing vital palliative care to patients and support to families across Ayrshire and Arran facing life-limiting illnesses. However, as your leaf is yours to personalise, you could dedicate to whoever you like - no matter whether they are still with us or not, or whether they received Hospice care.

To dedicate a leaf, we ask you to either sign up to a monthly direct debit or make a one-off payment. The prices cover a twelve month period, after which point we will contact you to ask whether you would either like to renew your leaf and maintain its place on the Tree, or have it returned to you as a keepsake.

To dedicate a rose gold leaf, we ask you to make a monthly donation of £8.40, or an annual donation of £100
To dedicate a white gold leaf, we ask you to make a monthly donation of £16.70, or an annual donation of £200
To dedicate a yellow gold leaf, we ask you to make a monthly donation of £25, or an annual donation of £300

Please note that engravings are unfortunately restricted to 30 characters, including spaces and punctuation, so they can fit on the leaf. Please consider the limit when writing your desired inscription in the comment box below. Please also note that there is a turnaround time between ordering your leaf, receiving the inscribed leaf from our engraver and mounting it on the Tree. Dedicated leaves can therefore take up to 3 weeks before they are installed on the Tree and ready to view.
